Inviting a Team Member to your Workspace

Workspaces admins can invite team members to join their workspace at any time. This gives them access to the custom fields, roles, and content within.

How

To invite a team member to an existing workspace, click the Invite to Workspace icon from within the workspace:

Now enter the team member's email address, choose their permissions within this workspace, and click Send Invite:

An email invitation is now sent to the team member, either giving them direct access to the workspace or asking them to sign up for a Ruum account if they are not an existing account holder.

The team member's access and permissions can be edited at any time by the workspace admins. The team member is also able to leave this workspace themselves.
