Is it just us or is it getting hot where you are? While some dread the heat, it has only made us more productive. We’ve ridden this hot productivity wave and have updated Ruum with some cool new features we think you’d just love. Check them out below!
Your canvas just got a summer refresh with new text properties like changing font colors, highlighting, strikethrough, and underline. That way, you can differentiate between specific parts of your project and your team can easily categorize and identify assignments and major elements.
Not only that, but you can now (finally) hyperlink key words or phrases so your team members can easily click through to important information or other Ruums.
Finding and figuring out what task to do next just got a whole lot easier. Now, when you view your Canvas from the Task List view, you can click “Show on Canvas” to see what Section of your Canvas the task lives. This will definitely help those of you managing or handling large workloads who may need a hand or two determining what the next item on your to-do list should be.
You can also generate tasks on the go by out of existing text within your Canvas. All you have to do is select normal text and click the task button from the hover bar.
