We’re excited to launch our highly anticipated new features within Ruum: the Kanban board and shareable section templates.

Kanban board – Organize your projects better with this new view

From now on, not only do we show your tasks in a checklist (Task List) or a Gantt-chart (Timeline) format, we also automatically populate a card-based view to help you visualize, prioritize, and group your project to-do’s. With the help of our Kanban board, you can quickly pull up your tasks, and discuss them with your team members, and efficiently update your project documentation. Your team can also now see an overview of all work items to be completed, including the number of tasks under each category.

Tasks can now be stacked by status or priority, with a simple drag&drop needed to move them into a different column. You can also decide the level of detail visible by using the 'Show Subtasks' checkbox to display all your main and related subtasks.

Shareable section templates – reuse only specific part of your project as a best practice and share it with others

We have even more great news: we’ve launched a new sharing capability. Whenever you have a recurring checklist, you can simply save it in a section, generate a template from it, and make it available for your colleagues.
