Course Structure

The SAP Ruum Process Academy consists of the following lessons:

• Lesson 1: Before Using SAP Ruum
• Lesson 2: Preparing Your SAP Ruum Environment
• Lesson 3: Creating Your SAP Ruum Process Template
• Lesson 4: Running your SAP Ruum Process
• Lesson 5: Monitoring Your SAP Ruum Process
• Multiple-choice Assessment (Optional)

These include a guided video and supporting content, allowing you to follow at your own pace. There are no time limits to this content, nor are there entry requirements for the course.

If you would like to re-create the process in SAP Ruum though, you need access to an Enterprise Account with a workspace configured.

Questions

Before using SAP Ruum, we suggest asking yourself the following questions.

• Do you have a current process you wish to improve?
• If so, how does that process currently work?
• Are you able to identify all data requirements, steps, topics, and activities in this process?
• Which stakeholders are involved in each stage of the process? Do they need access to SAP Ruum?
• Does the process involved at least one approval stage? If so, what happens when a request is approved, queried, or rejected?

While these aren't prerequisites for creating a process in SAP Ruum, answering them in full is a good starting point.
