🧭 Global Navigation – Jump between projects quicker

We’ve added a global navigation side panel accessible from anywhere inside the application. This allows you to jump directly into different Ruums, easily navigate back to your Lobby, or quickly view your tasks and templates with just one click.

Within a Ruum you can also use this side panel to collapse or expand your content, efficiently add a new section, reorder the existing ones, or jump directly to the sections you need.

💬 Enhanced comment overview – keep track of recent conversations

We’ve also improved our comment functionality, making it easier for you to follow the conversations between your team members. Not only will you now find an overview of your project-related conversions under the Ruum chat tab, they’ll also be sorted by last update, too.

➕ BONUS: Ruum for Good – new Case Study & Video with TSV Oftersheim

With our “Ruum for Good” initiative, we are excited to support non-profit organizations with free access to our tool. This helps them to collaborate productively, enabling their whole team to access and update important information as they need it. One of those organizations is the German sports club TSV Oftersheim.
