Adding a Custom Field to All Tasks in a Ruum

Custom fields can be added to all tasks within a ruum by ruum admins. These fields can then be used by admins and editors to input data and select options.


Ruum admins can add custom fields to all existing tasks by opening a single task and clicking Options - Add Custom Field:

Then select the custom field to add to all tasks within this ruum and then click Add Fields:

The custom field is then added to existing and future tasks within this ruum.

Deleting a Custom Field from Tasks

You can delete existing custom fields from tasks by opening a task, scrolling down to the custom field section, and selecting Options - Delete:

The custom field is then deleted from all existing and future tasks within this ruum.
