To add text to your canvas, click where you want to insert the text and either begin typing or paste text from your clipboard:
You can then format this text by selecting all or part of it, opening the formatting options:
Text Formatting Options
When formatting text on your canvas, you have the following options available:
- Heading 1 / Heading 2
- Bullet point list
- Numbered list
- Bold
- Italic
- Underlined
- Strikethrough
- Change text colour
- Highlight text
- Add Hyperlink
- Insert custom field / variable
- Create Ruum task from existing text
In addition to using the formatting options, you can also use keyboard shortcuts such as CTRL+B (bold) when formatting your canvas text.
