Adding Tasks and Milestones to your Canvas

You can add tasks and milestones directly to your ruum canvas, which in turn automatically populates your ruum, group, and global task lists appropriately.

How

To add a task or milestone to your canvas, either click Insert - Task / Milestone:

Alternatively select existing text on your canvas and choose Create Task from your text formatting options:

Your task or milestone is now added to your canvas, your ruum and global task list, plus your group task list if this ruum is currently part of a wider group.

Tasks and milestones can be deleted from your canvas by opening the item and clicking Options - Delete:
