Changing your Password

Users on our Free and Professional plans can change their password at any time from their Profile Settings page.


To access your Profile Settings page, click your avatar and then select Profile Settings:

From there, click Change Password:

You will now be asked to reset your password, with a secure link then sent to your registered email address.

Enterprise Users - Your Ruum login details, including your email address and password, may be provided as part of a single-sign on (SSO) with others applications. If this is the case, you must change your password with your organization for it to take effect. Don't worry though, we'll let you know this if you attempt to change your password through Ruum directly.
