Where - Content views
You are able to customize your Lobby views in the following areas:
- Main Lobby
- Group Lobby
- Workspace Lobby
- Workspace Group
- Archive
In addition to four mandatory table fields (Status, Favourite, Comments, Name), you are also able to add or remove a number of optional fields. These include Groups, Labels, Creators, Last Changed (Date), and any Custom Fields configured for your account.
Where - Task List views
Additionally, you can edit the tables of information in the following task lists:
- Global Task List
- Workspace Task List
- Workspace Group Task List
- Group Task List
In addition to three mandatory table fields (Task Status, Comments, and Name), you are also able to add or remove a number of optional fields. These include Subtasks, Groups, Ruums, Sections, Task Priority, Start Date, Due Date, Assignees, Roles, and any Custom Fields configured for your account.
How
When viewing one of the above lobby areas, click Customize Columns:
With the option window displayed, select or deselect the option fields available to you:
Then click Apply Changes to save your view, updating the table you are currently viewing. All other tables will remain unaffected, with changes to additional tables needed manually.
