To embed a publicly available YouTube video to your canvas, click Insert - Video:

Then copy and paste the YouTube URL and click Embed Video:

The YouTube video is now embedded on your canvas, with the ability to access YouTube's player controls.

Removing or Deleting a YouTube Video

Once embedded, you can remove or permanently delete a YouTube video from your canvas by clicking Options - Remove from canvas / Delete:

YouTube videos removed from your canvas can be viewed and re-added to your canvas by clicking Files and Options - Add to canvas:
