Using your Kanban Board

Kanban boards are a visual project management tool, helping you to manage the flow of your tasks through a project.

The Kanban board, available to our Professional and Enterprise Users, enables you to visually manage your tasks and subtasks.

Accessed by clicking Kanban from an individual ruum, your tasks are sorted in columns based on their current status. These are:

  • Open
  • Working
  • Done
  • At Risk
  • Blocked

Changing the status of your tasks

You can then either drag and drop a task into it’s new status (with the status of the task automatically updating):

Alternatively, you can still manually update the task status by clicking into the task and changing it’s status:

Your Kanban board views can be changed using our filters and sorting options:

Filters: Choose to display All Tasks or only those Created by you on your Kanban board.

Sorting: Choose to sort tasks displayed by their current status or their current priority.
