Inviting a Team Member to your Group

Group admins can invite additional team members to join their group at any time. This gives them access to all content contained within that group.


To invite a team member to an existing group, click the Invite to Group icon from within the group

Now enter the team member's email address, choose their permissions within this group, and click Send Invite:

An email invitation is now sent to the team member, either giving them direct access to the group or asking them to sign up for a Ruum account if they are not an existing account holder.

The team member's access and permissions can be edited at any time by the group admins. The team member is also able to leave this group themselves.
